Miami Club Terms and Conditions — Applicable to All Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Miami Club ("Platform", "we", "us") and all registered and unregistered users ("Player", "you"). By accessing or using Miami Club through its website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Players are solely responsible for the security of their accounts. If your account is hacked or accessed without authorization, notify Miami Club support immediately.

Miami Club supports financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit:

• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Miami Club does not charge any transaction fees. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges. Check your payment app's fee structure before making a deposit or withdrawal.

Miami Club offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Winnings from bonus balance can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are applicable once per account (in the case of welcome bonuses).
• Miami Club reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion.

If multiple accounts are created or any other irregularity is found for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on miami club and will result in immediate account closure:

• False Information: Using a false identity or providing incorrect information during registration or verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically abusing bonuses for personal gain.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Unauthorized access to or interference with the platform's software or game systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using Another Player's Account: Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
• VPN Usage: Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Collusive Betting: Using multiple accounts to place opposing bets and gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above violations are proven, Miami Club reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and bonuses, permanently close the account, and pursue legal action if necessary.

Miami Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please request account closure.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.
